Prof. Ali Pirayesh, MD PhD
Prof. Ali Pirayesh, MD PhD leads our research efforts, overseeing all aspects of our projects and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of scientific rigor and ethical integrity. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Prof. Pirayesh is a recognized expert in dermal replacement and soft tissue reconstruction.
Prof. Ash Mosahebi, MD PhD
Professor Ash Mosahebi is a chair at the Department of Surgical Biotechnology in the UCL Division of Surgery & Interventional Science and a renowned consultant plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon at University College London & Royal Free Hospitals NHS trust with a special interest in complex breast reconstruction.
Hans Hoekstra, MD
Dr Hans Hoekstra is a researcher and burn surgeon and credited with developing the glycerol preservation method for human donor skin. He has been instrumental in development of various medical devices to enhance wound healing, and has been a key scientist and advisor for all pre-clinical studies related to the development of Glyaderm.
Prof. Berend van der Lei, MD PhD
Prof. Dr. Berend van der Lei is one of the most well-known and highly experienced plastic surgeons in the Netherlands, who has been involved in cosmetic treatments and cosmetic plastic surgery for more than 25 years.
Prof. Andrzej Piatkowski de Grzymala, MD PhD
Prof. Andrzej Piatkowski de Grzymala is as a plastic surgeon, and has a Fellowship of Aesthetic Surgery through the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. His focus is currently on scientific research into breast reconstruction using Lipofilling.
Colin Morrison, MD
Colin Morrison is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, and St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Ireland, where he specialises in microsurgical breast reconstruction.
Linda Guerrero, MD
Linda Guerrero has played a vital role into processing of Glyaderm locally at the Bogota Tissue Bank, the first Centre to produce Glyaderm outside The Netherlands.
